The hot melt adhesive jet dispensing system consists of a touchscreen, a piezoelectric valve, a material level sensor and a temperature sensor.

The system features three-stage heating with controllable temperature, enabling the adhesive to melt gradually and reach the optimal jetting temperature prior to dispensing.

The material level sensor monitors the adhesive level and melting degree for precise dispensing control.

With a modular design, the adhesive-contacting components can be independently disassembled, cleaned and replaced.

It supports continuous jet dispensing at 500 Hz, achieving a line width or dot diameter of 0.25 mm. The system eliminates the impact of adhesive viscosity variations, ensuring excellent dot consistency. Adopting high-quality sealing materials, it boasts an ultra-long service life.
