Piezoelectric elements and control units are housed in the vertical valve body, enabling jet dispensing with a closing mechanism realized by circular springs. Dispensing volume can be adjusted at any time without interrupting production.

The tower valve is suitable for adhesives requiring short processing time and frequent cleaning. Integrated with piezoelectric ceramics and Marco SuperiorJet Technology, it is upgraded to a high-tech tower valve. With a frequency of 1,000 Hz, it can dispense dots or lines ranging from 50 to 3,000 microns, boasting a service life of up to one million cycles. A heat-conducting plate can be added for temperature control.

The tower valve enables high-end dispensing technology in confined spaces. It is applicable to low-viscosity, high-viscosity and filled materials alike.
