Marco Two-Component Dispensing System is a flexible combination of two-component mixing device and dispensing head. Previously, mixing and fluid supply had to be divided into two separate process steps, but the Marco two-component dispensing system combines the two steps into one. Stepper motors enable precise proportional mixing with a volume mixing ratio tolerance of less than 0.5%. Simply replacing the screws in contact with the mixed materials effectively prevents the mixed adhesives from curing in the equipment or hoses. Marco also offers a dynamically driven mixer with independent motors, ideal for applications requiring large mixing ratio differences or high uniformity requirements. Customized modular mixing screws ensure thorough homogenization of the adhesives. Automatic replacement is also available to further enhance automation.
