This material container is used for storing and conveying adhesive.

The three-component stainless steel adhesive supply tank consists of a base, an adapter ring and a cover. The adapter ring on the top of the base is equipped with an integrated outlet nozzle for hoses, so the hoses are not connected to the cover but guided into the adhesive supply tank through the adapter ring. This design is unique in the industry.

The capacity of the adhesive supply tank can reach 5 liters. Adhesive can be directly filled into the tank, or placed in a container inside the tank.

Under controlled and constant pressure, the liquid is delivered to the side outlet, ensuring efficient dispensing of many common types of adhesive to one or more dispensing valves.

In addition, the universal 5L adhesive supply tank has excellent chemical resistance and provides protection against contamination and evaporation. The containers used can be easily replaced, which also helps prevent contamination inside the tank.

Product Advantages 

Thanks to the separate adapter ring, the adhesive hose can be easily threaded into the container before the tank is covered and sealed. This means the tank cover can be removed for adhesive refilling without disconnecting the adhesive hose.

The design of the outlet nozzle facilitates the connection or replacement of the adhesive hose, and allows for easy cleaning even if the hose is contaminated with liquid. If the hose is completely soiled, it can be quickly and easily replaced with a new one.

To prevent contamination or material hardening, the adhesive can be filled into a container and placed inside the tank.
