Droplet Precision Analysis

Web-GUI 

The analysis unit of UltiStrobe is equipped with an integrated web server for intuitive process setup. This is used for evaluation functions, evaluation criteria, or statistical analysis. GPIO or database connections can also be configured. No installation or extensive training is required. You can control it with just a standard browser. There is no need to adjust electrical wiring, and the dispensing process can be visualized within minutes.

Video Analysis

A single video contains over 1,000 images. With the virtual video function, you can not only view snapshots but also analyze the entire dispensing performance—including training, satellite droplets, breakup, dynamics, splashing, and more. Simply input the desired time interval and resolution, and the video will be ready for use.

Nozzle Monitoring

Liquid residues on the nozzle have a negative impact on jetting quality, such as altering the flight direction or volume of droplets. With UltiStrobe, the nozzle status can be monitored in real time. Cleaning as needed saves valuable process time while reducing waste products.

Accessories：

The sturdy aluminum channel plate is suitable for any office desk, laboratory or production area. The standard backlight is applicable to common dispensing applications. For particularly small and fast droplets, we recommend a high-power backlight. Tool-free replacement is supported. Calibration is simplified. With the plug-in connector of the trigger adapter, calibration can be performed without modifying the existing wiring. The calibration values of the camera can be controlled and adjusted in a very short time. Insert it between the dispensing controller and the connection cable, and UltiStrobe is ready for immediate use.
