Product Introduction

The MAS/SCV/VSM2500 Series Precision Screw Valve (hereinafter referred to as Screw Valve) is a high-precision concentric helical fluid delivery mechanism, specially designed for precision dispensing control technology. It provides precise and controllable delivery for medium to high viscosity media.

Applications of the Screw Valve

The screw valve enables precision dispensing across multiple fields: SMT production lines, PCB board manufacturing, LED lighting packaging, LCD display technology, solar energy applications, 3C digital product manufacturing, smart wearable devices, product packaging, etc.

Dispensing Accuracy & Dot Size

The screw valve allows for precision dispensing of high-viscosity and non-flowable media, with a minimum dot size of 0.2mm (depending on the needle size and fluid characteristics).

Interchangeable Modular Components

All components of the screw valve are interchangeable modular parts, enabling quick replacement of different components to achieve various dispensing processes.
