• Higher Precision and Versatility
  The marc2 Gantry System represents a further development of the marc1 Gantry System: it delivers the same functionality as the marc1 Gantry System with a larger footprint.

• Enhanced Dispensing Capability
  The marc2 Gantry System, specially developed by marco Dispensing, is integrated with high-tech dispensing heads, enabling precise dispensing of minimum amounts of materials such as solder paste, epoxy silver and underfill.

• Robust and Lightweight Design
  Despite a tool load capacity of up to 13 kg, the embedded robot design enables high-speed dispensing with acceleration up to 3g while maintaining stable repeatability. The working range of each axis of the marc2 is 619 x 940 x 126 mm.

• A Single Control Unit
  The dispensing inline robot integrates state-of-the-art robotics with a highly advanced Dispensing Control Unit (DCU), achieving synchronization of dispensing and motion control and setting a new benchmark for the industry.

  The marco marc2 Gantry System offers a complete solution featuring a spacious work surface, compact footprint and lightweight design. The rotatable HMI touchscreen and collapsible keyboard greatly enhance user-friendliness.
