The versatility of the modular valve stems from the flexible design of its dispensing unit. The dispensing volume is determined by the drive unit, needle and circular spring. All components can be replaced quickly and arbitrarily without prolonged production downtime.

The modular valve is particularly suitable for abrasive adhesives that require short processing time and frequent cleaning. Equipped with Marco SuperiorJet Technology, the modular valve is one of the most powerful dispensing valves on the market. Driven by piezoelectricity, it features a frequency of up to 1,000 Hz and a service life of over 1 billion cycles with zero maintenance required. It can dispense dots or lines ranging from 50 to 3,000 microns. A heat-conducting plate can also be added for temperature maintenance.

It is applicable to all types of adhesives: filled, low-viscosity and high-viscosity. Once set, it can maintain a fixed dispensing volume until the process is updated.
