FPA Pressure Plate Adhesive Supply System (18kg)

FPA adhesive supply pumps are a must for high-viscosity materials. Equipped with two 1000g material cups used alternately, they ensure uninterrupted material supply. The air cylinder directly applies pressure to the material cups, forcing the adhesive into the channels with minimal residue left in the cups. To ensure the airtightness of the piston at the edges of the material cups, it is recommended to use cups specially developed for this application, which feature robust materials and precise dimensions to prevent piston wedging or adhesive leakage.

5-gallon packaged barrels can also be selected for adhesive supply.

In addition, the FPA system is equipped with vacuum degassing and closed-loop monitoring functions, and incorporates a piezoelectric ceramic-based bubble sensor capable of detecting air bubbles.
