The marco two-component dispensing system is a flexible combination of a two-component mixing device and a dispensing head. Previously, mixing and dispensing had to be divided into two separate process steps, but the marco two-component dispensing system integrates these two steps into one. The stepper motor enables precise proportional mixing with a mixing ratio tolerance of less than 0.5%. Only the screw rods in contact with the mixed materials need to be replaced, effectively preventing the mixed adhesive from curing in the equipment or hoses.

Marco also offers a dynamically driven mixer with independent motors, suitable for applications with large mixing ratio differences or high uniformity requirements. Specially designed modular mixing screw rods ensure thorough mixing of the adhesive. Automatic replacement is also available to further enhance the level of automation.
