In production, there are often irregular and hard-to-reach paths where vertical dispensing is not feasible. To meet the special requirements for dispensing angle and rotation direction, marco has developed the AX4 dispensing system. The dispensing valve can rotate 360°, and the dispensing angle can be adjusted between 0° (vertical) and 45°, allowing the AX4 to reach almost any position. A stepper motor generates rotational motion, and two Hall sensors ensure precise positioning. The adhesive tube is mounted on the dispensing valve. Pneumatic and electrical connections are made through the rotating block.
